Heating cables for construction

(HVAC, sanitary, ramps, ...)

Petroprema supplies premium heating cables providing both freeze protection and process temperature maintenance for metallic piping as well as non-metallic piping, tanks and equipment. The heat output of the cable is designed to change depending on conditions throughout the circuit. As heat loss from the equipment increases, heat output from the cable increases. As the heat output decreases as the ambient temperature increases, the cable output also decreases.

Selfregulating heating cable tracing frost protection TRACECO

TRACECO-T® Heat tracing cable for frost protection

The ideal cable type, the best-seller of self-regulating cables, a standard recognized for its thermal qualities and longevity. Ideal for protecting pipes, gutters and tanks against freezing. The TRACECO-T is a self-regulating electric heating cable for frost protection of EG chilled water, EF cold water, EU waste water, EP rainwater pipes. No risk of pipes bursting due to frost thanks to “self-regulating” technology. No overheating possible therefore completely secure. The colder it is and the hotter it is, the hotter it is, the less energy it uses. It can be cut to the desired length directly on site. Can be used with the DOMOCLICK® quick connection system.

Selfregulating tracing heating cable TRACECO elevated higher temperature

TRACECO Class W - Self regulating heating cable for elevated temperatures

For maintaining the temperature of pipes or tanks of hot water, swill, or other greases.... This class of tracer also makes it possible to fight against Legionnaires' disease in pipes. They are designed to prevent any risk of pipes bursting due to freezing. The “self-regulating” technology allows for safe use: Adapts its electricity consumption according to needs and prevents any overheating..

When it is cold, the polymer contracts and facilitates the passage of current, which allows an increase in the temperature of the cable. The hotter it is, the more the polymer expands and prevents the flow of current: the cable heats up less.

Finally, so-called “parallel” technology allows the heating cables to be cut to the desired length directly on site, in order to precisely adapt the length of the heating cable to your needs.

The BOX type reel storage system allows simple, quick and practical handling. This product is available in stock and can be used with the DOMOCLICK® quick connection system

By using our TRACECO-W type tracers, you ensure the best electrical tracing system.

Selfregulating heating cable tracing high temperature ESR

ESR Class H - Self regulating heating cable for high temperatures

High Temperature Maintenance of Pipes, Tanks, in corrosive atmosphere...

High temperature self-regulating heating tape for Industry. Withstands 200°C off thanks to ultra temperature resistant materials and up to 120°C under power.

Can be used in healthy areas as well as in corrosive or explosive areas. These heating ribbons can be used on pipes as well as on tanks.

By using our ESR-H-BOT type tracers you ensure the best electrical tracing system. They are designed to maintain a high temperature for your pipes, valves and tanks. Its “self-regulating” technology allows for simple, safe use. The self-regulated power of the cables varies according to the surrounding temperature and prevents overheating.
