TRACECO Câble autorégulant chauffant basse température

Le TRACECO-T est un type de câble chauffant industriel conçu pour assurer le traçage thermique dans divers environnements industriels. Le TRACECO-T est préconisé pour la mise hors gel des tuyauteries d'eaux glacées EG, eaux froides EF, eaux usées EU, eaux pluviales EP.

Il s'agit d'un câble autorégulant qui ajuste sa puissance en fonction de la température ambiante, ce qui le rend idéal pour des applications telles que le maintien en température des tuyauteries, la protection antigel, ainsi que pour le chauffage des conduits et réservoirs. Grâce à sa capacité d'auto-régulation, il est à la fois économe en énergie et sûr, car il réduit automatiquement la chaleur produite dans les zones plus chaudes.

Ce type de câble est particulièrement adapté aux environnements exigeants où la température peut varier, permettant une flexibilité d'installation tout en offrant une protection efficace contre le gel et les pertes de chaleur. Il se coupe à la longueur souhaitée directement sur le site.

They are designed to prevent any risk of pipes bursting due to freezing. The “self-regulating” technology allows for safe use: Adapts its electricity consumption according to needs and prevents any overheating..

When it is cold, the polymer contracts and facilitates the passage of current, which allows an increase in the temperature of the cable. The hotter it is, the more the polymer expands and prevents the flow of current: the cable heats up less.

Finally, so-called “parallel” technology allows the heating cables to be cut to the desired length directly on site, in order to precisely adapt the length of the heating cable to your needs.
