Heating panels & Thermal cement
Silicone heating panels
Flexible and easy to install.
A heating element is inserted into a fiberglass frame and is protected by 2 vulcanized silicone sheets.
Different powers per m² and different dimensions to adapt to any heating problem.
Heating belts for barrels
ELBH, by its design (resistant wires embedded in vulcanized silicone), allows extraordinary flexibility of use. A thermostat incorporated into the belt prevents any risk of overheating. In addition, thanks to its spring fixing system, installation is also possible on specific barrel dimensions. The dimensions of the ELBH heating belts cover the majority of standard barrels.
Thermal Compound
The new and improved T-3 now offers a maximum exposure temperature of 371°C (700°F). To minimize waste and speed installation, use Thermon's ChannelTrace™ system with TFK channels. The ChannelTrace system provides protection before thermal insulation installation and eliminates the special curing procedure for the new and improved T-3 heat transfer compound.T-3 heat transfer cement now has higher temperature ratings than ever before while creating an effective thermal bond between a steam or electric heater and pipes or process equipment. A single “thermonized™” steam tracer using Thermon's heat transfer compound is more cost effective than a clip-on profiled jacket and has performance equivalent to three to five bare tracers.
